- • The Quality Review Specialist - Resolution Team (MCS) role at Stewart Title Guaranty Company is essential for maintaining data integrity and operational excellence in real estate transactions, directly supporting the company’s mission to be the premier title and real estate services provider.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing data in client files and production systems for accuracy, analyzing quality reports to identify trends and root causes, implementing quality improvement processes, and providing operational support throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle—pre-closing, in-progress, and post-closing.
- • The role is part of MCS, a division of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, a global leader in title insurance, settlement, underwriting, and lender services, known for its inclusive culture and recognition as a 2024-2025 Best Company to Work For by U.S. News & World Report and a 2025 Top Workplace by USA Today.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 0-2 years of related work experience in quality review, operations, or administrative support
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures accurately
- • Basic communication skills for interacting with internal teams and stakeholders
- • Proficiency in using company systems and tools to review and validate data
- • Ability to identify trends, document issues, and recommend process improvements
