📋 Description

• Quant Dev Engineer at Coins.ph, a leading and regulated cryptocurrency brand in the Philippines with over 18 million users, playing a key role in advancing financial technology through quantitative development in crypto markets.
• Design, develop, and maintain quantitative models and trading systems; implement algorithms for market analysis, risk assessment, and automated trading strategies; collaborate with trading and data teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Part of an innovative fintech team at Coins.ph, which operates under strict regulatory compliance as the first crypto company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), driving financial inclusion through secure and accessible digital assets.
• Gain hands-on experience in crypto-native quantitative finance, deepen expertise in algorithmic trading systems, and contribute to scalable financial infrastructure in a high-growth, regulated blockchain environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python or C++ for quantitative development
• Experience with statistical modeling, time series analysis, or financial mathematics
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading mechanics, or blockchain technology
• Ability to develop and backtest trading strategies using historical and real-time data
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and low-latency systems
• Understanding of risk management principles in trading systems
