- • Lead the execution and delivery of RAMP compliance programs (GovRAMP, StateRAMP, FedRAMP) to ensure timely, high-quality authorization and continuous monitoring across engineering, cloud operations, security, and IT teams.
- • Own end-to-end program planning, including detailed schedules, milestones, dependency tracking, and risk registers; drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
- • Coordinate authorization activities such as readiness assessments, gap remediation, 3PAO/assessor engagement, authorization reviews, and continuous monitoring operations; ensure NIST SP 800‑53 Rev. 5 controls are implemented as executable work items.
- • Manage the production, review, and lifecycle of core authorization artifacts (System Security Plan, control narratives, system boundary diagrams, inventories); ensure evidence ownership, refresh cadence, and quality standards.
- • Serve as the primary coordination point for assessors and 3PAOs; schedule walkthroughs, evidence reviews, and interviews; partner with US-based leadership during assessments and status reporting.
- • Own POA&M tracking and delivery; work with engineering and operations to define remediation milestones, track progress, validate closure evidence, and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
- • Operationalize monthly and quarterly continuous monitoring cadence; track vulnerability management, patching, access reviews, logging, and attestations; ensure ongoing compliance stability post-authorization.
