📋 Description

• Manage and execute the end-to-end enrollment process for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) across a national network of thousands of payers.
• Proactively add and configure new payers to the system as the company expands its provider network and geographic footprint.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for clearinghouse operations and payer-specific enrollment requirements, ensuring accurate and timely setup of electronic connections.
• Investigate and resolve electronic connection failures, including transmission errors and missing ERAs, by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits of existing payer connections to verify that EFT and ERA setups are active and funds are being correctly routed to the company’s bank accounts.
• Monitor the health and performance of HIPAA-standard transaction loops (270/271 for eligibility, 837 for claims, and 835 for remittance) to minimize manual intervention and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Payer Relations and Finance teams to align enrollment data with credentialing documentation, banking details, NPIs, Tax IDs, and PTANs.
• Maintain detailed tracking of enrollment statuses using Excel for high-volume project management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with payer-specific enrollment portals and paper-based submission requirements while driving digital adoption across the payer network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving electronic billing issues and ensuring seamless revenue cycle operations as the company scales.
• Collaborate with Engineering to communicate technical requirements and system improvements needed to support enrollment automation and data integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes in payer policies, HIPAA transaction standards, and DME-specific billing regulations.
• Ensure all enrollment activities support the company’s mission of delivering reliable, hospital-quality care by enabling uninterrupted payment flow to clinicians serving patients at home.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, specifically focused on Enrollments or EDI Management
• Experience working within a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) environment is highly preferred
• Proven track record of managing enrollments across a large, national payer base (Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid)
• Deep technical expertise in HIPAA standard transactions: 270/271, 837, and 835
• Proficiency with major clearinghouse platforms
• Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking high-volume enrollment statuses and project management
