- • The Associate Agent role at Redfin offers real estate professionals the flexibility to work on their own schedule while supporting customers through home showings, open houses, and inspections—without the pressure of closing transactions or meeting sales quotas.
- • Day to day, the person will show homes, host open houses, attend property inspections, and engage with customers in the field, all while setting their own hours and managing their workload independently.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active real estate license in the state of work, with willingness to affiliate exclusively with Redfin
- • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS capability, or willingness to obtain them
- • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned market
