- • Receive and accurately log incoming materials into the ERP system, ensuring proper storage and allocation within the warehouse.
- • Collect and transport shop supplies and production materials from external vendors to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations, including driving to multiple locations as needed.
- • Perform hands-on warehouse duties including unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and managing parts cage operations in coordination with the receiving and inventory specialists.
- • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and store goods safely and efficiently within designated areas.
- • Conduct daily inspections of the barn and lot areas to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, and removal of potential safety hazards.
- • Monitor the production floor for misplaced or excess items and relocate them to appropriate storage zones (cage, North shop, or barn) to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- • Provide flexible support across receiving, kitting, and inventory functions during staff absences or peak operational periods.
- • Maintain strict compliance with all safety protocols and company policies, including participation in the mandatory drug and alcohol program due to the safety-sensitive nature of the role.
- • Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless material flow and production continuity.
- • Uphold company values in all interactions, demonstrating accountability, initiative, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- • Perform physical tasks requiring prolonged standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for 8+ hours per day.
- • Utilize analytical skills to identify discrepancies in inventory, report issues promptly, and implement corrective actions based on feedback.

- • Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs
- • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 or more hours daily
- • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug and alcohol test
- • Proven attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- • Physical capability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
