📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise at LiveKit, you will serve as the critical bridge between product/engineering teams and enterprise customers in the sales cycle, translating real-world technical needs into actionable roadmap priorities that drive product development and go-to-market success.
• You will spend significant time with customers and prospects, joining sales calls to understand technical requirements, identifying blockers to production adoption, and synthesizing insights into clear product priorities that engineering teams can execute on.
• You will operate within a small, high-leverage product team at a fast-growing, venture-backed company that is the leading open-source WebRTC platform evolving into a full-stack real-time voice AI agent platform used by some of the world’s largest companies.
• You will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales motions, technical product strategy, and cross-functional influence, learning how to shape product direction through trust-based relationships rather than authority, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure, AI/ML pipelines, and usage-based pricing models at scale.
