• • Senior Product Manager, Video at PlayOn! Sports, responsible for owning the video product end-to-end, including live streaming, player technology, camera integrations, video quality, and in-stream experience, which is central to how families connect with high school sports across NFHS Network, MaxPreps, and GoFan.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading and partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable video experiences, driving measurable business outcomes like subscriber retention, viewer engagement, and streaming cost efficiency, and making it easy and compelling for schools and producers to stream events on the platform.
• • The team at PlayOn! Sports operates the largest platform for high school sports in the US, reaching millions of fans, parents, coaches, and student athletes, with a focus on rebuilding and advancing the video experience after stabilizing core infrastructure.
• • In this role, the person will build strong credibility with engineering by diving deep into streaming architecture, develop data-backed business cases to influence executives, partner with marketing and growth teams to drive adoption, and elevate the viewing experience to delight and retain subscribers while balancing technical depth, business impact, and customer needs.
