- • Own and lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of Accordion’s IT assets across their full lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning
- • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory of all hardware and software assets using ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus as primary systems
- • Track asset movements, assignments, and disposals in strict alignment with company policies and compliance standards
- • Partner with Finance to reconcile purchasing data, invoices, and asset costs with financial systems to ensure accurate budgeting and cost allocation
- • Advise internal teams and vendors on warranty tracking, lease management, and equipment replacement planning to optimize lifecycle costs
- • Serve as the primary owner of asset data integrity within ServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central, ensuring reliability and actionable insights
- • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into asset health, compliance status, and lifecycle milestones
- • Collaborate with the Endpoint Specialist to deliver accurate data on patch compliance, device posture, and deployment coverage
- • Conduct regular physical and system audits to reconcile asset records and recommend corrective actions for data gaps
- • Configure and maintain asset management modules within ServiceDesk Plus to support service request, incident, and change workflows
- • Leverage Endpoint Central for automated asset discovery and ensure precise linkage between device records and user accounts
- • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and reporting processes
- • Document, enhance, and standardize asset management processes to support scaling IT operations across a hybrid workforce
- • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, hardware warranties, and data handling policies
- • Partner with Security and Endpoint teams to maintain visibility into device compliance, patch posture, and lifecycle-related risks
- • Own internal and external audit readiness by providing complete, accurate asset documentation and data
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Security to balance employee technology experience with cost control and governance
- • Exercise independent judgment in developing policies, selecting tools, and shaping asset management strategy
- • Drive continuous improvement by translating asset data into actionable insights for EUC leadership and enterprise decision-making
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations, preferably in a hybrid or distributed enterprise environment
- • Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus (administration, reporting, and integration)
- • Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ITAM principles, with necessary certifications
- • Excellent data management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- • Experience in a professional services or consulting firm preferred
- • Knowledge of software licensing compliance and vendor management
