- • As the first point of contact for clients and vendors of multiple law firms supported by Finch Legal, the Receptionist plays a critical role in shaping the initial impression of legal services during high-stress moments, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and reliability to uphold each firm’s reputation and deliver a seamless, white-labeled client experience.
- • The Receptionist answers inbound phone calls and messages on behalf of numerous law firms, representing each accurately and compassionately while setting a calm, friendly tone that helps callers feel heard and supported, particularly during difficult or uncertain personal circumstances.
- • Key daily responsibilities include asking thoughtful, focused questions to assess the purpose and urgency of each communication, routing calls to the appropriate case managers or legal staff, and ensuring messages are delivered reliably—even when transfers go to voicemail—while maintaining consistent documentation and summarization of all inbound interactions for legal team context.
- • The role requires maintaining high responsiveness and reliability as a foundational element of trust between law firms and their clients, operating with precision and care in a fast-paced, high-volume remote environment where organizational skills and emotional intelligence are essential.
- • Working within Finch’s Legal Operations team, the Receptionist collaborates with detail-oriented professionals who prioritize clarity, accountability, compassion, and empathy, supported by modern tools designed to scale excellent client experiences without sacrificing the human touch.

- • Highly organized and composed under pressure, capable of managing a high volume of inbound requests independently in a remote work setting
- • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve diverse client populations
