• • The Reconciliation Analyst role at Allica Bank is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the bank’s financial records by managing daily reconciliations and investigating discrepancies, directly supporting financial stability and regulatory compliance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing daily bank account reconciliations, investigating unreconciled items, analyzing variances, communicating findings to stakeholders, leading issue resolution discussions, building new reconciliations, supporting automation initiatives, assisting with year-end audits, and contributing to month-end close processes and ad hoc finance projects.
