- • As a RecOps Manager at Trading 212 UK Ltd., you will design, build, and run the operational foundation of the recruiting function from the ground up, owning the tech stack, data, processes, and planning infrastructure to support the company’s mission of enabling everyone to build wealth through exceptional trading and investing products.
- • You will analyse and optimise recruitment workflows by dissecting existing processes or defining new ones from first principles, implementing data-driven improvements, and monitoring KPIs to ensure sustained gains in efficiency and effectiveness across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- • You will build and improve the recruitment technology stack by evaluating, implementing, and integrating tools such as ATS, CRM, and scheduling systems, owning the data model and integration layer to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- • You will instrument key recruitment metrics and build real-time dashboards using data visualisation tools to provide recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership with actionable insights into hiring performance, pipeline health, and process bottlenecks.
- • You will own the operational design and execution of special recruitment programs, creating repeatable, scalable infrastructure rather than relying on ad-hoc or one-off processes to support consistent hiring outcomes.
- • You will actively deploy AI-native tooling across the recruitment workflow, evaluating tools based on measurable outcomes such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and process efficiency, rather than feature sets alone.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience owning recruitment operations or a closely adjacent function in a high-growth environment.
- • Working knowledge of ATS platforms at a data-model level, including understanding of data structures, integrations, and configuration.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- • Basic programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages for data manipulation, automation, and tool integration.
- • Data visualisation and dashboarding skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI to create clear, actionable reports.
- • Ability to document processes clearly and work in a structured, methodical way to ensure consistency and scalability.
- • Curiosity about fintech and financial markets, with interest in how technology transforms investing and trading.
- • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and automation in recruitment contexts, such as resume screening, candidate matching, or outreach optimisation.
