  • • As a Recruiter at Tello Mobile, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize autism care by empowering BCBAs to launch and run their own independent practices and by providing RBTs with the support, fair pay, and respect they deserve. This role is not merely administrative; it is a high-impact position where your ability to hire quickly and effectively directly translates into children receiving essential therapy sooner. You will be the crucial link in ensuring that families receive the support they need and that providers can build fulfilling careers.
  • • You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for both Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This end-to-end ownership means you will be responsible for every stage of the hiring funnel, from crafting compelling job postings and actively sourcing candidates to conducting thorough screenings and extending offers. Your toolkit will include leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and referral networks, as well as engaging in proactive outbound outreach to build and maintain robust pipelines of high-quality talent.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to foster strong partnerships with our BCBAs and Operations teams. You will need to develop a deep understanding of specific case requirements, including schedules, geographic locations, and clinical profiles. Your agility in re-staffing positions quickly when gaps arise, increasing hours for existing RBTs, and ensuring that children do not face prolonged waiting periods for therapy will be paramount.
  • • Maintaining a meticulously clean and transparent recruitment system is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our recruitment metrics and dashboards are accurate and updated in real-time. This visibility is critical for leadership, allowing for immediate insights into the status of candidates in the pipeline, their tenure in the process, weekly interview volumes, offer rates, and overall time-to-hire. Your commitment to data accuracy will eliminate the need for manual data retrieval and provide instant clarity on our recruitment performance.
  • • We are seeking a candidate who possesses a genuine understanding of the nuances of ABA recruiting. You should intuitively know what constitutes a strong RBT candidate and what defines a high-caliber BCBA. More importantly, you must recognize the profound significance of each hire and how it impacts the lives of children and families.
