This is not a role for passive resume sorters or administrative schedulers; instead, you will be a proactive force, meticulously managing the entire candidate journey from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- • Your core mandate is to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates through our structured evaluation pipelines, maintaining a high talent bar while optimizing hiring velocity. You will be accountable for generating a robust pipeline of potential hires, meticulously tracking and managing candidate progression, and upholding the rigor of our evaluation processes. A key aspect of your role will be to reduce the time-to-interview and time-to-offer, thereby accelerating our ability to scale, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects positively on Rwazi’s employer brand.
- • In the realm of Sourcing & Pipeline Execution, you will actively identify and engage potential candidates across a prioritized range of channels. This involves developing and maintaining proactive outreach cadences to build candidate pools that anticipate future hiring needs, rather than merely reacting to immediate demands. You will be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of each sourcing channel to continuously refine our strategies and maximize our reach.
- • Candidate Screening & Signal Filtering is another crucial area. You will conduct structured screening interviews designed to assess candidates against defined role rubrics. This involves filtering for not just technical skills, but also for a strong ownership mindset and proven execution ability. Maintaining clear, concise, and accurate candidate documentation will be essential for informed decision-making by hiring managers.
- • For Interview Coordination & Progression, you will be the linchpin, ensuring smooth and efficient interview scheduling and management across all stages. Your goal will be to collect timely feedback from interviewers, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring workflow, and maintain candidate momentum throughout the entire funnel. This proactive management is key to preventing delays and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- • Upholding an exceptional Candidate Experience is paramount. You will communicate clearly, professionally, and transparently with all candidates, maintaining responsiveness at every touchpoint. Your interactions will directly shape the perception of Rwazi in the talent market, reinforcing our reputation as an employer of choice.
- • You will also be responsible for Recruiting Metrics & Discipline. This involves diligently tracking funnel conversion rates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline reporting, and proactively identifying patterns of candidate drop-off or process inefficiencies. Escalating issues and proposing solutions will be a key part of this responsibility.
