- • We are seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates for our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment spectrum, from proactive outbound sourcing and meticulous candidate screening to nurturing candidate relationships and expertly managing the placement process from initial contact through to the final offer acceptance. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to make a tangible impact on our clients' growth.
- • This position is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility in your work arrangements. To ensure seamless collaboration with our US-based clients and team, we require availability for team synchronization meetings and client calls during US Pacific Time (PT) hours. A key requirement is to have overlap with the team until at least 3 PM PT (San Francisco time), enabling effective communication and real-time problem-solving.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through a variety of channels, including specialized outreach tools, strategic use of social media platforms, and the development of creative sourcing methodologies. You will conduct thorough HR screening calls to meticulously assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements for open positions.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves effectively managing candidate pipelines, ensuring that all candidate records are meticulously maintained and updated in real-time within our systems. You will collaborate closely with your fellow team members, fostering a supportive and communicative environment, and maintain clear, professional communication channels with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet established weekly activity targets and achieve monthly placement goals.
