- • Own full-cycle recruiting for a dedicated focus area: Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance, covering senior individual contributor through director-level roles
- • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, and streamline hiring processes for speed and quality
- • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates using AI-powered tools and manual outreach
- • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms to identify, assess, and initiate contact with high-potential talent
- • Manage end-to-end interview processes that are structured, fair, rigorous, and efficient, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage
- • Lead offer strategy and closing efforts, including clearly communicating the value of equity and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to candidates
- • Maintain precise data hygiene within the ATS (Ashby), ensuring accurate tracking, dispositioning, and reporting of all candidate interactions
- • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire to continuously optimize recruiting effectiveness
- • Build and nurture long-term talent networks for current and future hiring needs across your assigned function
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align recruiting efforts with company growth goals and hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous situations, adapting processes to meet evolving business demands while maintaining high standards of candidate experience

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- • Focus in one of the following areas: Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance
- • Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools
- • Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights
- • Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining clean, accurate ATS documentation
- • Comfort leading compensation conversations, including equity and RSU negotiations
