  • • This role is specifically designed for candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Your availability during these core working hours will be essential for effective client service and candidate engagement.
  • • As a Recruiter at Scale Army Careers, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our recruitment strategies. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client intake and understanding role requirements to extending offers. A significant part of your role will involve leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, including sophisticated Boolean searches on LinkedIn and extensive candidate database exploration. Your ability to efficiently screen resumes, video submissions, and crucially, creative and design portfolios, will be paramount in identifying candidates who not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.
  • • We are looking for a professional who can expertly navigate the complexities of talent acquisition in fast-paced settings. You will be responsible for building and nurturing robust candidate pipelines across various disciplines, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent. Collaboration with hiring managers will be a cornerstone of your work; you will partner closely with them to deeply understand their needs, refine candidate profiles, and provide valuable support throughout the hiring decision process. The ability to manage a demanding workload, typically handling approximately 8 open positions concurrently while upholding the highest standards of quality and candidate experience, is a key expectation.

  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to meet the evolving talent needs of our clients and the organization.
  • • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job requisition intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
  • • Utilize Ashby as the primary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing candidate data, workflow, and reporting with efficiency and accuracy.
  • • Conduct thorough screening of resumes, recorded video introductions, and candidate portfolios to identify individuals with the requisite skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • • Employ advanced talent sourcing techniques, including precise Boolean search strings on LinkedIn and deep dives into large candidate databases, preferably leveraging the capabilities of Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
  • • Proactively build and maintain dynamic candidate pipelines across a spectrum of business, marketing, creative, design, and technology roles.
  • • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, collaboratively define ideal candidate profiles, and provide data-driven insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • • Manage a high volume of requisitions, typically around 8 open positions simultaneously, while consistently delivering high-quality candidates and maintaining rigorous standards.
  • • Champion a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • • Continuously research and stay updated on emerging recruitment trends, labor market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • • Demonstrate proven experience in assessing the quality and suitability of creative and design portfolios, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
  • • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
  • • Utilize Google Sheets and other reporting tools to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
