  • • As a Recruiter at The Global Talent Co., you will be at the forefront of connecting exceptional remote marketing talent with some of the most dynamic and attractive technology companies across the US and Europe. This fully remote, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to build high-performing teams for a diverse portfolio of clients, spanning various industries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of these organizations by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier professionals.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This begins with proactive and strategic talent sourcing. You will masterfully utilize a wide array of channels, including niche job boards, cutting-edge social media platforms, and extensive professional networks, with a particular focus on identifying and attracting qualified candidates within the Latin American (LatAm) region. Your ability to think creatively and explore unconventional sourcing methods will be crucial in building a robust talent pipeline.
  • • Following sourcing, you will conduct thorough and insightful candidate screening. This involves meticulously reviewing resumes, performing in-depth interviews (both initial and follow-up), and employing various assessment techniques to accurately evaluate candidates' technical skills, relevant experience, cultural fit, and long-term potential for each specific role and client. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of role requirements will ensure that only the most suitable candidates advance.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the meticulous management of candidate pipelines and the effective utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will ensure that all candidate data is accurately recorded, updated, and managed, guaranteeing a seamless, organized, and efficient recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance. Maintaining data integrity and providing clear visibility into pipeline status will be paramount.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships is at the core of our success. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment journey. Equally important is fostering strong partnerships with our hiring managers, understanding their needs deeply, and collaborating closely with them. You will also engage with external partners to enhance our recruitment reach and effectiveness.
  • • Collaboration with hiring managers is key to developing and implementing bespoke recruitment strategies. You will work hand-in-hand with them to understand their business objectives, team dynamics, and specific staffing needs. Together, you will devise and execute recruitment plans that are not only effective but also aligned with the overarching strategic goals of our client companies.
  • • A fundamental commitment to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) will guide your recruitment efforts. You will actively promote and embed D&I initiatives throughout the entire recruitment process, championing equitable opportunities for all candidates, regardless of background. Your efforts will contribute to building more diverse and inclusive workforces for our clients.
  • • You will provide essential support during the onboarding process for successful candidates. This includes coordinating and facilitating background checks, scheduling and organizing initial training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into their new roles.
  • • To ensure continuous improvement and demonstrate impact, you will diligently track and analyze key recruitment metrics. This involves monitoring performance indicators such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience scores. Your analysis will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts, highlighting areas for optimization and strategic adjustment.
  • • Maintaining strict compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across different jurisdictions is non-negotiable. You will ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted ethically and in full adherence to legal requirements, safeguarding both the company and our clients.
