We empower over 200,000 businesses worldwide, including industry leaders like Brex, Rippling, Navan, Qantas, and SHEIN, by providing a comprehensive suite of integrated solutions. These solutions span business accounts, seamless payments, efficient spend management, sophisticated treasury functions, and the innovative embedding of financial services at a global scale.
  • • Founded in Melbourne, our rapid growth is fueled by a diverse and talented team of over 2,000 professionals, spread across 26 offices globally. Our significant valuation of US$8 billion, supported by prominent investors such as T. Rowe Price, Visa, Mastercard, Robinhood Ventures, Sequoia, Salesforce Ventures, DST Global, and Lone Pine Capital, underscores our position as a leader in shaping the future of global financial infrastructure.
  • • We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing People & Talent team. This critical role will be instrumental in supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) / Commercial and Corporate hiring initiatives. You will be a key player in attracting and securing top-tier talent that aligns with Airwallex's ambitious growth trajectory and innovative culture.
  • • This is a hands-on position that demands end-to-end recruitment expertise. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates, conducting rigorous interviews and assessments, to skillfully negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements. You will work in close partnership with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and attract the best possible candidates.
  • • The role is based in San Francisco and operates on a hybrid model, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. This structure allows for effective team integration while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve collaborating directly with hiring managers across GTM and corporate functions. This partnership is essential for deeply understanding their specific business needs, precisely defining role requirements, and collaboratively establishing robust hiring strategies that align with departmental and company-wide objectives.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies. This includes leveraging a wide array of platforms, actively participating in networking events, and employing creative outreach techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of exceptional talent. Building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates will be paramount.
  • • Conducting thorough candidate screenings, in-depth interviews, and comprehensive assessments will be a key responsibility. Your objective will be to meticulously evaluate candidates' qualifications, essential skills, cultural fit, and potential to thrive at Airwallex. You will also provide valuable guidance and support to hiring managers throughout their selection processes.
  • • You will expertly manage the entire offer process, from extending competitive compensation packages to skillfully negotiating terms. Throughout this critical stage, you will ensure an exceptional and positive candidate experience, reinforcing Airwallex's employer brand.
  • • A significant part of this role involves utilizing recruitment data and analytics. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for process optimization, and leverage insights to influence strategic decisions. Providing clear and actionable insights into recruitment trends, market conditions, and candidate behaviors will be crucial for informing our talent acquisition strategy.
  • • You will be empowered to assertively challenge hiring assumptions when necessary, offering informed recommendations grounded in data and market intelligence. Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, will be vital for success.
  • • Contributing to the enhancement of Airwallex's employer brand and reputation is a key objective. By staying abreast of industry trends and labor market dynamics, you will help position Airwallex as an employer of choice in highly competitive markets.
  • • Continuous assessment and refinement of the recruitment process are expected. Your focus will be on improving efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and enhancing candidate quality, all while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and relevant industry regulations.
