• • You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing and engagement through to offer negotiation and acceptance. This comprehensive ownership ensures a consistent and high-quality candidate experience, reflecting Apella's commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations.
• • A key aspect of this role involves forging strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. You will work closely with them to deeply understand their team's needs, define what constitutes an ideal candidate, and maintain momentum throughout the search process. This partnership is crucial for identifying and attracting individuals who will not only fill a role but also contribute significantly to Apella's innovative culture and success.
• • You will be tasked with building robust and diverse candidate pipelines, with a particular emphasis on sourcing for challenging and highly specialized technical roles. This includes developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent who may not be actively seeking new opportunities but possess the skills and experience Apella requires.
• • Managing the interview process with meticulous attention to detail is paramount. By identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, you will continuously strive to optimize our time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment operation.
• • Beyond managing individual searches, you will proactively seek opportunities to enhance our overall hiring process. This could involve refining documentation, optimizing interview structures, introducing new tools, or implementing best practices to make Apella an even more attractive employer.
• • The variety of roles you will recruit for is a defining feature of this position. You will engage with searches for technical positions (such as engineering, machine learning, data science, and platform development), go-to-market (GTM) roles, sales, customer success, operations, and other business functions. • • This role reports directly to the Head of Talent, providing a direct line of communication and collaboration with senior talent leadership. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape the scaling strategy of the talent acquisition function at Apella.
