- • You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing and engagement through to offer negotiation and acceptance. This comprehensive ownership ensures a consistent and high-quality candidate experience, reflecting Apella's commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations.
- • A key aspect of this role involves forging strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. You will work closely with them to deeply understand their team's needs, define what constitutes an ideal candidate, and maintain momentum throughout the search process. - • You will be tasked with building robust and diverse candidate pipelines, with a particular emphasis on sourcing for challenging and highly specialized technical roles. - • Beyond managing individual searches, you will proactively seek opportunities to enhance our overall hiring process. This could involve refining documentation, optimizing interview structures, introducing new tools, or implementing best practices to make Apella an even more attractive employer.

You will engage with searches for technical positions (such as engineering, machine learning, data science, and platform development), go-to-market (GTM) roles, sales, customer success, operations, and other business functions.
