In this high-velocity role, you will be at the forefront of building our organization, providing candidates with their crucial first impression of Pebl, and directly contributing to our rapid global expansion. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging top-tier talent to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. - • As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans that align with and proactively meet the evolving hiring requirements of Pebl across the APAC region. This involves deeply understanding the needs of various departments and partnering closely with hiring managers to define role specifications, desired candidate profiles, and strategic sourcing approaches. You will be instrumental in forecasting future talent needs and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure we can scale efficiently and effectively.
- • You will meticulously manage all facets of candidate administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our recruitment systems. This includes diligently updating applicant and offer activity, conducting thorough job description reviews to ensure clarity and appeal, and verifying that all open positions are accurately and prominently posted across all relevant recruiting platforms and job boards. Maintaining the integrity of our candidate data is paramount to our operational success.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to proactively develop and nurture an active pool of candidates, not just for immediate openings but also to anticipate and meet future hiring targets. This involves creative sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels, and building relationships with potential talent before specific needs arise. Your efforts will be critical in ensuring Pebl remains agile and responsive to market demands.
- • You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the entire interview and assessment process for all hiring candidates. This includes scheduling interviews, coordinating with interview panels, ensuring candidates have a clear understanding of the process, and acting as a primary point of contact for all candidate communications regarding logistics, timelines, and expectations.
- • A critical function of your role is to meticulously review incoming applications and candidate profiles to evaluate their alignment with the specific requirements of each position. This requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of technical and soft skills, and the ability to identify high-potential candidates who will thrive at Pebl.
- • You will serve as a vital liaison between candidates and Pebl, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. This involves clear, timely, and empathetic communication regarding all logistics associated with assessments, interviews, and offer stages.
- • Close collaboration with our Talent Operations team is essential. You will coordinate with them to ensure all necessary background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings are completed efficiently and compliantly for all selected candidates, paving the way for a smooth transition into the company.
- • Regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers will be a core part of your routine. These discussions will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of current recruiting plans and their implementation, gathering feedback on candidate quality, and making necessary adjustments to our strategies to optimize outcomes.
- • You will provide comprehensive assistance to all levels of personnel within the organization on a wide range of recruiting and talent acquisition-related matters. This includes advising hiring managers, supporting HR partners, and contributing to the overall talent strategy of the company.
- • Utilizing recruitment metrics and talent insights will be crucial for identifying areas of process improvement. You will be expected to analyze data related to time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rates to drive continuous enhancement of our recruiting operations.
- • Conducting thorough analysis and reporting on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders will be a regular responsibility. These insights will inform strategic decisions, highlight successes, and identify challenges within the talent acquisition function.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a start-up environment.
- • Prior experience in managing both high-volume and niche hiring.
- • Experience partnering with senior management and competency-based interview experience.
- • Must have experience in Ashby and Google Suite.
- • Ability to partner with Global Talent Acquisition members and People Partners to drive process changes.
- • Good spoken and written communication skills in English, along with the ability to articulate effectively.
