- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Dubai team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Your primary objective will be to support Deliveroo's ambitious growth trajectory by ensuring we build and maintain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams that are essential for our continued success in the region.
- • As a Recruiter within our fast-paced and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you will be at the forefront of finding the best talent in the Middle East to fuel Deliveroo’s expansion. You will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations, contributing significantly to our strategic hiring goals. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of recruitment, from creative sourcing strategies to the intricate art of closing offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
- • Key responsibilities and contributions in this role include:
- • Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: You will be entrusted with managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the UAE and Kuwait. This includes developing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates, conducting thorough candidate assessments, managing interview processes, and extending competitive offers. Your ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes and deliver results will be crucial.
- • Strategic Talent Advisory: You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on interview best practices, effective candidate evaluation techniques, and long-term headcount planning. By building strong relationships and understanding business needs, you will proactively identify talent solutions and influence strategic hiring decisions.
- • Data-Driven Recruitment Strategies: You will be expected to leverage key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and in-depth market intelligence to inform and refine our recruitment strategies. By analyzing data, you will identify trends, uncover insights, and make recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes.
- • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advocacy: A core aspect of this role involves championing DEI within our hiring processes. You will actively identify potential talent gaps and develop creative, targeted sourcing solutions to ensure we continue to build a diverse and inclusive organization that reflects the communities we serve.

- • Proven track record of significant full-cycle recruitment experience, successfully sourcing and closing high-calibre talent in fast-paced, demanding environments.
- • Strong understanding of the Middle East talent market, including UAE and Kuwait, with knowledge of local employment laws and residency requirements.
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and ambiguous environment, exhibiting adaptability, resilience, and a self-reflective approach to continuous learning and process improvement.
- • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex recruitment concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
