- • As a Recruiter - GTM at Sardine Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s Go-To-Market organization during a period of rapid growth, directly contributing to the company’s mission of stopping fraud before it happens through innovative AI and machine learning-powered fraud prevention solutions used by over 300 global banks, retailers, and fintechs.
- • You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles including sales, business development, sales engineering, integrations, account management, and partnership across multiple regions, partnering closely with hiring managers to define requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop data-informed hiring strategies that align with Sardine’s high-growth, remote-first culture.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, direct outreach, inbound applications, social media, and professional networks, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and closure, all while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building across international teams.
- • You will leverage your expertise in data-driven recruiting, utilizing tools like Ashby (preferred ATS), Notion, and analytics to track metrics, improve processes, and support continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency and quality of hire, with exposure to People Operations initiatives such as onboarding support and process optimization considered a plus.

- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape Sardine’s talent strategy during a pivotal scaling phase, gain deep expertise in recruiting for high-velocity B2B SaaS GTM functions across the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets, and contribute to building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture rooted in extreme ownership and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- • Proven experience recruiting for GTM (sales, post-sales, marketing, partnership) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- • Hands-on experience recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets, with understanding of regional hiring nuances and compliance.
- • Strong proficiency with data-driven recruiting practices and comfort using ATS tools (Ashby preferred), Notion, and recruitment reporting.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels across diverse, international teams.
- • Passion for people, talent, and creating a great company culture; exposure to People Operations (e.g., onboarding support, process improvements) is a plus.
