You will own high-impact, end-to-end recruitment searches for U.S.-based roles, leveraging Clera's cutting-edge AI Talent Agent platform. You will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to our esteemed clients, which include some of the most respected names in the AI sector, such as Mintlify, Luminai, and Windsurf.
- • Your primary mission is to drive successful hiring outcomes for our clients by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This involves not only executing searches but also providing strategic guidance to hiring managers, making data-informed decisions, and ensuring the highest quality hires. You will be empowered to operate with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable challenging assumptions, pushing back when necessary, and making confident, well-reasoned judgments about talent.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to expertly navigate and utilize Clera's AI-powered platform. You will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated candidate matches, swiftly identifying the most promising and relevant talent pools. Your ability to discern quality beyond simple keyword alignment will be crucial in presenting highly curated, high-signal shortlists to hiring managers.
- • You will engage directly with clients, participating in calls to gain a profound understanding of their specific role requirements. This includes providing candid and strategic advice on their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor. Your role extends to actively challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations, ensuring a collaborative and effective partnership that leads to optimal hiring solutions.
- • Owning candidate pipelines from inception to completion is paramount. You will meticulously manage each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a swift, efficient, and positive candidate experience. This end-to-end ownership guarantees that promising candidates move seamlessly through the funnel, minimizing drop-offs and maximizing conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, specifically for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.
- • Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, such as startups or high-velocity recruitment agencies.
- • Strong client-facing skills, including excellent communication, expectation management, and relationship-building abilities.
- • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication clarity.
- • Ability to align work hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST), including occasional flexibility for evening or weekend calls.
- • High degree of comfort and proficiency with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and AI-driven workflows.
- • Demonstrated sharp judgment in assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, going beyond basic keyword matching.
- • High sense of ownership, exceptional reliability, and the ability to operate autonomously and drive results quickly without constant supervision.
