  • • The Recruiter I role is specifically designed to scale our clinical hiring process, with an initial focus on Registered Nurses (RNs) and a future expansion into other healthcare professions. This position is a high-volume, top-of-the-funnel recruiting role, demanding exceptional efficiency and judgment.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting a high volume of Zoom interviews daily, engaging with warm inbound candidates to assess their basic eligibility and qualifications. The core of your responsibility will be to act as the initial gatekeeper, making critical decisions on whether candidates possess the fundamental requirements to advance to the next stage of the interview process with Senior Recruiters.
  • • This is not a typical recruiting position; it requires a proactive approach to qualifying leads and a keen ability to discern potential fit within the initial interactions. You will set the tone for every candidate's experience with Solace, ensuring a positive and professional first impression while moving with speed and accuracy to identify top talent.
  • • Key responsibilities include conducting 20-25 Zoom-based screening calls daily, primarily with RN candidates. You will meticulously assess essential fit criteria such as licensure, immediate availability, and baseline professional qualifications.
  • • A crucial aspect of the role involves delivering a clear, compelling, and accurate overview of the opportunity, outlining the role's expectations and the subsequent steps in the hiring process. This ensures candidates have a comprehensive understanding from the outset.
  • • You will be tasked with scheduling same-day or next-day interviews for qualified candidates with our Senior Recruiters, maintaining the momentum of the hiring pipeline.
  • • Close collaboration with senior team members is essential for refining recruitment messaging, optimizing screening processes, and continuously improving overall efficiency. Your insights will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our hiring strategy.
  • • This role demands individuals who are energized by high-output, high-ownership work, viewing each candidate interaction as a unique opportunity to connect and assess.
