- • Own full-cycle, high-impact recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera’s AI-powered platform—your work will directly determine how quickly top U.S. companies meet mission-critical hires.
- • Review and refine AI-generated talent matches daily, combining machine precision with human judgment to surface the 5 % of candidates who truly move the needle for each client.
- • Conduct rigorous screening calls, technical interviews, and culture-add assessments; deliver concise, high-signal shortlists that let hiring managers make decisions in minutes, not weeks.
- • Act as the primary strategic partner on every search—join kick-off calls, translate fuzzy requirements into crystal-clear specs, and push back diplomatically when expectations need calibration.
- • Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end: sourcing, scheduling, feedback loops, offer negotiation, and onboarding hand-offs—zero dropped balls, zero ghosting.
- • Provide structured, data-rich feedback to Clera’s engineering team weekly, turning real-world recruiting friction into product improvements that benefit every future search.
- • Maintain pristine documentation inside our ATS and shared dashboards so that metrics are always accurate and hand-offs between teammates are seamless.
- • Prioritize ruthlessly across 6–10 concurrent searches, balancing urgency, business impact, and candidate experience without waiting for managerial direction.
- • Champion an exceptional candidate experience: clear timelines, honest feedback, and white-glove communication that turns even rejected applicants into Clera evangelists.
- • Represent Clera externally—speak on panels, publish short LinkedIn posts, and build relationships that expand our talent networks across Latin America and the U.S.
- • Experiment with new sourcing hacks, AI prompts, and workflow automations; share wins in weekly “Recruiting Lab” sessions so the entire team levels up.
- • Track funnel metrics obsessively (pass-through rates, time-to-submission, offer-accept) and iterate weekly to hit aggressive hiring goals set by the founders.
- • Occasionally flex into internal hiring for Clera itself—help us double the team in the next 12 months by recruiting stellar engineers, PMs, and G&A talent.
- • Work fully remote from anywhere in Latin America while staying tightly synced with Pacific Time; expect 1–2 late-evening calls per week and the autonomy to craft your own daily rhythm.
- • Thrive in a culture that prizes ownership, velocity, and intellectual honesty—ship fast, measure results, and debate ideas openly in Slack and Notion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years recruiting U.S.-based roles for U.S. clients, either in-house or at a high-velocity agency.
- • Demonstrated ability to run 6–10 concurrent full-cycle searches with minimal oversight.
- • Native or near-native English—written and spoken—with polished client-facing communication skills.
- • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours daily with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls.
- • High comfort with modern ATS, scheduling tools, and AI-driven sourcing workflows.
- • Nice-to-have: experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A) and a track record of improving recruiting processes or tooling.
