- • To fuel this rapid expansion and solidify our position as a leader in the AI-driven marketing revolution, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for spearheading full-cycle recruitment across our Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering departments. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with a proven ability to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, consistently delivering top talent even in the most competitive and challenging markets.
- • As a Recruiter at Scrunch, you will be an integral partner to our hiring managers and founders, acting as a brand ambassador and the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey. You will play a crucial role in shaping our growing team by identifying, attracting, and securing the talent necessary to drive our mission forward. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing startup at the intersection of AI and marketing.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass owning the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including both non-technical positions such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as critical technical roles within Engineering and Product. You will be adept at sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines for multiple open positions concurrently, ensuring a robust and engaged talent pool.
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to meticulously define role requirements, establish ideal candidate profiles, and design effective interview processes. Your insights and expertise will be invaluable in ensuring we are targeting and assessing the right talent for each position.
- • You will be responsible for driving candidates through interview loops with exceptional efficiency and professionalism, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience at every touchpoint. This includes ensuring timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless process from initial contact to the final decision.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is paramount. You will provide clear, regular, and insightful hiring updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization regarding our recruitment progress and needs.
- • You will serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for all candidates, guiding them with expertise and empathy throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. Building strong relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience are core to this role.
- • A significant part of your success will be measured by your ability to confidently close candidates at the offer stage. This requires skillfully addressing any potential objections, effectively navigating competing offers, and ultimately securing top talent for Scrunch.
- • Ultimately, you will be instrumental in delivering a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience, from the very first outreach to the moment a candidate signs their offer letter. Your efforts will directly contribute to Scrunch's reputation as an employer of choice.
- • This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere outside the NYC Metro area, allowing you to contribute to our success without geographical constraints.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated recruiting experience, with a strong preference for experience gained within startup environments or other fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
- • Demonstrated success in recruiting for both Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing) and Software Engineering roles, showcasing a broad range of recruitment expertise.
- • Proven ability to successfully close candidates, particularly in highly competitive technical and sales markets, indicating strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- • Exceptional organizational skills, a highly responsive approach to communication, and the proven ability to manage multiple high-priority recruitment searches simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency.
- • Strong, confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company and engage with senior candidates throughout the recruitment process.
