- • Flagright is at the forefront of financial crime compliance, leveraging cutting-edge AI to provide a comprehensive platform for global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, major banks, innovative fintechs, and rapidly expanding startups. Our mission is to revolutionize how organizations manage transaction monitoring, screening, risk assessment, and investigations by offering a unified, modern system engineered for scalability, real-time performance, and stringent regulatory adherence. We foster a dynamic, high-performance culture where individual ownership is paramount, and direct access to leadership is a given, enabling swift decision-making and impactful contributions.
- • As a Recruiter & Talent Partner based remotely in the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in fueling Flagright's growth by expertly managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, which will constitute approximately 75% of your responsibilities. This core function involves identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet our evolving business needs. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our teams across various functions, ensuring we have the right people in place to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- • Beyond talent acquisition, you will contribute approximately 25% of your time to essential HR operational support. This dual focus requires a candidate with a proven track record in recruitment and exceptional organizational capabilities. You will be involved in critical HR processes that ensure a seamless employee experience from the moment they join until their departure. This includes supporting structured onboarding procedures, managing offboarding logistics, coordinating with payroll, maintaining meticulous HR documentation, and overseeing the administration of the employee lifecycle, potentially across multiple international jurisdictions.
- • Your recruitment responsibilities will encompass the entire hiring journey. This begins with a deep understanding of role requirements through close collaboration with hiring managers during intake sessions. You will then craft compelling job descriptions, strategically posting them on relevant recruitment platforms to maximize visibility. Proactive sourcing will be a key element, utilizing a diverse range of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative methods to build a robust talent pipeline.
- • A significant part of your role will involve meticulously screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assessing their qualifications against the defined role criteria. You will be the central point of contact for coordinating interview schedules, navigating time zone differences to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate recruitment tracker or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be crucial for monitoring candidate progress and providing visibility into the hiring pipeline.
- • You will also be involved in the offer stage, supporting salary negotiations and coordinating the preparation and issuance of offer letters and employment agreements. Throughout the entire process, you will be a champion for the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Flagright's commitment to professionalism and respect. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating key recruitment metrics and reports, such as time-to-hire, pipeline status, and overall hiring volume, providing valuable insights to leadership.
- • On the HR operations front, your contributions will be equally vital. You will be tasked with maintaining and diligently updating the HR master database, ensuring all employee records, status changes, and role updates are current and accurate. This foundational data is critical for all subsequent HR functions.
- • You will play a key role in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, which includes ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, system access is provisioned promptly, and internal announcements are made to welcome them to the team. Similarly, you will manage the offboarding process, overseeing clearances, revoking system access, and handling exit documentation to ensure a professional and compliant departure.
- • Conducting and managing background checks will be another important responsibility, involving sending out requests and diligently following up to ensure timely completion. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders regarding general HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- • Collaboration with our payroll partners will be essential to guarantee the timely and accurate processing of payroll. This includes monitoring and communicating any payroll-related changes, such as salary adjustments, allowances, or deductions, ensuring all parties are informed.
- • You will also be responsible for managing Paid Time Off (PTO) and leave tracking, ensuring adherence to internal policies and relevant regulations. Organizing, securely storing, and maintaining all HR documents, including employment agreements, amendments, acknowledgments, and various HR letters, will be a core administrative duty.
- • Assisting in the drafting, review, and management of employment agreements, amendments, and other critical HR documentation will require a keen eye for detail and understanding of employment terms. Finally, you will support internal HR audits and data reconciliation efforts as needed, contributing to the overall integrity of our HR systems and processes. This role is fundamental to our operational efficiency and growth trajectory.
