📋 Description

  • Own the candidate journey from first hello to hire: schedule 30–50 interviews per week for Product and Technology roles across engineering, data science, product management and UX, juggling panel, virtual and onsite loops while keeping every candidate informed, prepared and excited about Aledade’s mission to flip health care to value-based care.
  • Build airtight calendars: collect availability from candidates in every U.S. time zone, negotiate with hiring managers who live in Slack, and lock Google Calendar invites that include branded Greenhouse links, dial-in details, structured interview kits and accessibility accommodations—zero double-books, zero candidate ghosting.
  • Champion a white-glove experience: send same-day confirmation emails, day-of reminders, and post-interview thank-you notes; monitor Zoom rooms to jump in when a camera won’t start; ship swag codes to finalists; and gather NPS feedback that keeps our candidate Net Promoter Score above 70.
  • Keep Greenhouse squeaky clean: post requisitions, move candidates through stages, merge duplicates, tag sources, and build custom reports that show time-to-fill, conversion rates and diversity funnel metrics for the VP of People and the CTO on demand.
  • Support recruiters with offer-stage logistics: draft offer letters in Docusign, initiate background checks, verify employment history, and create onboarding tickets in Jira so new hires have laptops, GitHub access and benefits elections before day one.
  • Run weekly “interview command center” stand-ups: flag scheduling bottlenecks, forecast busy weeks around product-release freezes, and negotiate with executives for faster feedback so we cut our average time-to-schedule from 3.2 days to <24 hours.
  • Pilot automation experiments: build Zapier zaps that auto-create Slack channels for each open req, and Airtable interfaces that let hiring managers see real-time pipeline without asking you—freeing you for higher-impact projects.
  • Contribute to DEI goals: partner with Tech Sourcer to block interview slots for candidates from Women Who Code, /dev/color and AfroTech; track demographic drop-off points; and suggest inclusive scheduling practices such as offering religious-holiday alternatives.
  • Jump into ad-hoc People Ops projects: help plan quarterly remote hack-days, coordinate intern cohort onboarding, and staff recruiting booths at HLTH and AWS re:Invent—whatever keeps the broader mission moving.
  • Grow toward full-cycle recruiting: after six months you’ll own 1–2 non-engineering reqs end-to-end, source passive talent, conduct screens and close offers with mentor support—fast-tracking you to a Recruiter title inside twelve months.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in HR, people operations, or recruiting coordination
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-volume interview schedules in Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar ATS
  • Expert-level Google Workspace skills (Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and intermediate Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Located in Eastern or Central time zone to overlap with 70% of hiring managers
