- • As a Recruiting Associate, your primary focus will be on the execution and operational excellence of our recruitment activities. You will work in close collaboration with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, playing a vital role in keeping our hiring pipeline robust and moving forward with accuracy and speed. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn the intricacies of high-quality technical hiring and wants to contribute directly to the growth of our organization.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes actively sourcing a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, employee referrals, niche job boards, and proactive outreach campaigns. You will meticulously screen resumes, identifying candidates who align with our technical and cultural requirements, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fundamental role fit, candidate motivation, and communication skills.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the meticulous coordination of interviews. This includes managing complex scheduling, liaising between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring timely collection and dissemination of interview feedback. Your ability to maintain clear and consistent communication will be paramount in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout this process.
- • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our candidate data is crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring that all candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are kept meticulously up-to-date, reflecting the current status of each candidate and ensuring overall process consistency. This data accuracy is vital for reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- • Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives. As our team scales, you will assist in enhancing our candidate experience strategies, supporting employer branding efforts, and identifying opportunities to optimize our recruitment workflows. 🎯 Requirements
- • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a demonstrated strong interest and aptitude for recruiting are encouraged to apply.
- • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate tracking and process management.
- • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, essential for candidate interactions and internal stakeholder management.
- • Proficiency with common workplace tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and familiarity with basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a genuine curiosity about talent acquisition and a strong openness to receiving and acting on feedback.
