  • • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Mercor Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission to power AI advancement through human expertise by ensuring seamless, high-volume hiring operations across multiple functions. Your work directly enables Mercor to scale its talent network of over 30,000 experts who collectively earn over $2 million a day, making you a critical contributor to the company’s growth as a profitable Series C entity valued at $10 billion.
  • • You will own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across diverse formats—including screens, take-home assessments, virtual loops, and onsite interviews—ensuring timely, conflict-free execution while managing last-minute changes with precision and professionalism.
  • • You will maintain rigorous data hygiene in Ashby (the company’s ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records, consistent tagging, proper stage progression, and reliable pipeline reporting by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies in partnership with recruiters.
  • • You will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering clear, timely, and empathetic communication throughout the interview lifecycle, proactively addressing logistical concerns to safeguard a positive candidate experience from application to offer and onboarding.
  • • You will support the planning and execution of recruiting events such as Superdays, candidate dinners, and networking gatherings, managing logistics including travel, scheduling, communications, and onsite setup to create welcoming, well-organized experiences that reflect Mercor’s employer brand.
  • • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by assisting with documentation, template creation, workflow standardization, and ad hoc projects, helping to build scalable recruiting operations infrastructure amid ambiguity and rapid growth.
  • • You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams across engineering, research, and operations, gaining broad exposure to Mercor’s innovative AI-driven business model and developing deep expertise in recruiting operations within a high-performance, in-person culture.
  • • You will develop advanced proficiency in Ashby, refine your stakeholder management and prioritization skills, and gain hands-on experience in scaling talent acquisition in a fast-moving, profitable tech environment—positioning you for future growth into senior recruiting operations, program management, or talent strategy roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or similar talent acquisition support roles
  • • Proven experience using Ashby or another modern applicant tracking system (ATS) for pipeline management, scheduling, and data integrity
  • • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
