- • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Abridge AI, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s talent acquisition efforts by ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, directly supporting Abridge’s mission to transform healthcare through responsible AI innovation.
- • You will serve as a critical operational partner to the People and Talent teams, coordinating complex interview logistics across multiple time zones, maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders, and continuously improving recruiting workflows to support high-volume, mission-driven hiring in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in recruiting operations within a high-growth tech environment, gaining hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms like Ashby, data-driven process optimization, and cross-functional initiative leadership—positioning you for long-term growth in talent operations, HR, or people analytics.
- • You will have the opportunity to lead and refine recruiting coordination workflows, leverage data to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that shape Abridge’s hiring practices and organizational culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within high-growth or tech-focused organizations.
- • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Ashby considered a plus.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- • Ability to manage competing priorities and align multiple stakeholders with poise and efficiency.
- • Experience using and building AI tools to optimize workflows is required.
