📋 Description
- • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Flux Labs, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by architecting the operational backbone of our talent acquisition engine. This role transcends traditional coordination; you will be the primary point of contact and a brand ambassador for many of the world's most sought-after AI and software engineers, ensuring their journey with Flux is as seamless, innovative, and inspiring as our groundbreaking AI Hardware Engineer product.
- • You will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of managing complex, high-volume interview processes across our diverse teams, including engineering, product, and operations. This involves meticulously balancing the need for speed and efficiency with the paramount importance of delivering an elite candidate experience. Your ability to navigate intricate scheduling demands, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear communication will be key to our success.
- • Owning the candidate experience is at the core of this role. You will approach every interaction with a candidate as a direct reflection of the Flux brand, delivering a thoughtful, high-touch, and professional experience from their initial contact through to the final decision. This includes proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled with precision and care.
- • A significant aspect of your contribution will be optimizing our talent acquisition "engine." This means maintaining "pristine" data hygiene within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby. You will be expected to proactively identify bottlenecks within our recruitment funnel, analyze their root causes, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will play a supportive yet vital role in our sourcing efforts, partnering closely with our recruiters. This collaboration will involve assisting in the identification and engagement of top-tier talent, helping to build a pipeline of the next generation of innovators who will contribute to Flux's mission.
- • As Flux scales its San Francisco headquarters, you will act as a Culture Catalyst. This involves providing essential support for onboarding logistics, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming integration into the company. Furthermore, you will contribute to the planning and execution of internal team events, such as hackathons and offsites, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration among our growing team.
- • This role demands an individual who is deeply organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in the dynamic, often "beautiful chaos" of an early-stage startup environment. Your ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and execute flawlessly under pressure will be highly valued.
- • You will leverage your technical acumen to become proficient with essential tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and modern ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever. Your adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies will be crucial as we continue to evolve.
- • A genuine passion for our mission is essential. You should possess a keen interest in AI, robotics, software, and/or hardware engineering, and a strong desire to be part of a company that is actively building tangible, cutting-edge physical products. Your enthusiasm for our domain will resonate with candidates and contribute to our employer brand.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. You will need to understand and craft messaging tactfully, tailoring your communication style to diverse audiences, including leadership, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Clarity, conciseness, and professionalism will be your hallmarks.
- • Embracing AI-driven workflows is expected. You will be encouraged to utilize AI tools on an ongoing basis to achieve higher levels of efficiency and impact in your daily tasks, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to recruitment operations.
- • Beyond the core responsibilities, we value individuals who are curiosity-driven, enjoy problem-solving, and exhibit a strong bias for action. Your proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements will be a significant asset to the talent team and the company as a whole.
- • Experience working within an established tech company with high-volume scheduling needs, or within a startup environment where you have helped define and refine talent processes, will be highly advantageous. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to process improvement will be key to your success and growth within Flux Labs.
