We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that every candidate embarking on their journey with Abridge has an outstanding and seamless experience, from their initial contact through to the final offer.
- • As an integral partner to our People and Talent departments, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include meticulously coordinating interviews, optimizing and streamlining our recruiting workflows, and maintaining consistent, clear communication channels among candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. This often involves navigating multiple time zones, requiring exceptional logistical and interpersonal skills. Your contributions will directly fuel our mission to enhance healthcare efficiency and compassion through advanced technology.

- • This is a hybrid position, requiring a commitment of three days per week in our San Francisco office, located in the Mission/Potrero district, fostering collaboration and team cohesion.
- • WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- • Masterfully coordinate and schedule interviews across all phases of the hiring lifecycle with unparalleled precision and efficiency, ensuring a smooth progression for candidates.
- • Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely, thoughtful, and proactive communication, coupled with adept problem-solving to address any potential challenges.
- • Forge strong partnerships with the People, Talent, and Hiring teams, working collaboratively to ensure the seamless and effective operation of our recruitment efforts.
- • Actively support and drive continuous improvements in interview scheduling, recruitment tools, and overall workflows, ensuring our processes are scalable and robust as Abridge experiences rapid growth.
- • YOUR FIRST YEAR AT ABRIDGE:
- • Within your first 3 months, you will:
- • Establish robust working relationships with key hiring partners and stakeholders across various departments.
- • Gain hands-on proficiency with our core recruiting systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, and thoroughly understand existing operational workflows.
- • Implement and refine smooth scheduling and communication practices that consistently deliver a high-quality and positive candidate experience.
- • By the 6-month mark, you will:
- • Proactively identify opportunities and implement process improvements that demonstrably reduce time-to-hire and streamline overall coordination efforts.
- • Build deep, trusted relationships with both candidates and interviewers, ensuring universally positive and memorable experiences.
- • Provide valuable recommendations for enhancements to our recruitment tools and systems, aiming to optimize efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
- • At the 12+ month milestone, you will:
- • Take ownership of and expertly refine coordination workflows to effectively support high-volume recruiting initiatives across diverse geographical locations and multiple time zones.
- • Leverage data analytics and reporting to inform strategic process improvements and guide critical recruitment decisions.
- • Lead and champion cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance recruiting operations, promote diversity and inclusion, and elevate the overall candidate journey from start to finish.
