📋 Description

• The Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) role at Givebutter Inc. is a temporary position designed to provide critical hiring support during a team member’s parental leave, ensuring the recruitment process remains efficient, inclusive, and candidate-focused.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and publishing job postings, coordinating interview scheduling across multiple time zones, managing candidate communications, maintaining accurate data in the Ashby ATS, supporting onboarding logistics with People Ops, and assisting recruiters with administrative tasks like opening job requisitions and managing interview plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience; ideally in a remote environment
• Hands-on experience with Ashby (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
• Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new tools and systems quickly
• Committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive candidate experience
