- • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the candidate and interviewer experience for engineering, product, and design roles, ensuring a seamless and positive journey that reflects the company’s innovative and human-centered culture.
- • You will coordinate a high volume of interviews, manage recruiting calendars, communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, maintain recruiting systems, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and contribute to process improvements and special projects such as referral programs and candidate surveys.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Zip — an AI-powered procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like OpenAI, T-Mobile, and AMD — backed by top-tier investors and committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where ownership and initiative are valued.
- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end recruiting expertise, gain hands-on experience in process design and candidate experience optimization, and build a foundation for a long-term career in talent acquisition while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers across technical teams.
