  • • Build and maintain recruiting reporting and dashboards to track key metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and interviewer load, surfacing actionable insights for recruiters and hiring managers
  • • Serve as the day-to-day administrator of the ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and maximizing tool utilization across the recruiting team
  • • Co-own end-to-end interview coordination with recruiters, managing scheduling, candidate communications, and interviewer preparation to ensure a consistently smooth and responsive candidate experience
  • • Identify, propose, and drive process improvements across the entire recruiting lifecycle to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction
  • • Support offer administration and pre-boarding handoffs by coordinating closely with People Ops to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to new hire
  • • Own relationships with external recruiting vendors and platforms, managing renewals, evaluating new tools, and ensuring ROI on the recruiting tech stack
  • • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep job postings current and well-organized within the ATS, proactively identifying and resolving process gaps before they become bottlenecks
  • • Maintain high standards of communication through clear, professional written and verbal interactions with candidates, recruiters, and cross-functional teams
  • • Ensure all recruiting operations align with the company’s strategic people philosophy of careful hiring and exceptional candidate experience
  • • Support the Head of Talent in executing the recruiting operations strategy to scale talent acquisition without compromising quality or candidate experience
  • • Contribute to building a culture of thoughtful, deliberate growth by upholding high hiring standards and avoiding breakneck scaling practices
  • • Participate in quarterly in-person gatherings in Los Angeles at company expense, as well as offsites designed to strengthen team culture and collaboration
  • • Manage administrative tasks related to recruiting technology, including tool evaluations, vendor negotiations, and internal training to ensure team proficiency
  • • Collaborate with People Ops to align recruiting operations with broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, compensation, and diversity goals
  • • Act as a key operational backbone for the recruiting team, enabling recruiters to focus on candidate engagement while ensuring systems and processes run reliably
  • • Uphold the company’s mission by ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Atticus’s commitment to helping Americans in crisis

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of recruiting operations or coordination experience at a scaling company
  • • Hands-on experience as an ATS administrator or power user
  • • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing attention to detail
