- • As a Recruiting Operations Associate, you will be the linchpin of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for every candidate. Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous scheduling and logistical management of interviews, acting as the operational backbone that keeps our recruiting engine running smoothly and efficiently.
- • We are seeking a high-velocity operator who possesses a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. This role demands more than just task execution; it requires you to anticipate needs, identify and resolve potential bottlenecks before they arise, and continuously seek ways to enhance the speed and effectiveness of our recruiting team.
- • Your contributions will directly influence our ability to attract and hire top-tier talent, making you a crucial force multiplier in Jerry.ai's growth trajectory. You will have the autonomy to not only manage existing processes but also to innovate and improve them, building scalable systems that support our ambitious hiring goals.
- • **Key Responsibilities include:**
- • **Candidate Experience Excellence:** Provide "white-glove" service to all candidates by managing personalized pre-interview communications, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and prepared throughout the recruitment process.
- • **Logistical Mastery:** Own the end-to-end lifecycle of interview scheduling, including coordinating complex calendars, managing interview loops, and ensuring all necessary parties are aligned.
- • **Talent Pipeline Management:** Oversee the management of take-home assignments, meticulously maintain candidate profiles within our Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure all candidate documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to hiring teams.
- • **Calendar Precision:** Manage recruiter and hiring manager calendars with exceptional accuracy, adeptly rearranging interviews on the fly to accommodate urgent needs, prioritize high-impact candidates, and maximize daily interview capacity.
- • **Process Improvement & Automation:** Actively identify inefficiencies within the recruiting workflow and propose, develop, and implement solutions to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- • **Stakeholder Support:** Serve as a key point of contact for leadership's urgent recruiting needs, which may include assisting with compensation band updates, posting new job requisitions, and coordinating the onboarding and shadowing of new interviewers.
- • **Data Integrity:** Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruiting data within our ATS, contributing to reliable reporting and informed decision-making.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- • **Adaptability and Agility:** Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly, demonstrating the ability to adapt and maintain high performance under pressure.
- • **Building and Scaling:** Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable systems within the recruiting operations function, laying the groundwork for future growth.
- • This role offers a unique "contract-to-perm" pathway. The initial three-month contract period serves as a mutual evaluation phase, allowing both you and Jerry.ai to assess fit within our "high ownership, high impact" culture. If you excel during this period and demonstrate a strong alignment with our values and operational tempo, a permanent position will be offered, providing a clear and accelerated path for career advancement within our organization.
