- • As the Recruiting Operations Associate, you will own the end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics process. This involves meticulous planning and execution to ensure every candidate, from initial contact to final offer, experiences a professional, organized, and positive interaction with Jerry.ai. Your role is crucial in maintaining our employer brand and attracting the best individuals to our team.
- • You will be responsible for providing exceptional "white-glove" service to candidates. This includes sending personalized pre-interview information packets, managing initial LinkedIn outreach, and ensuring all communication is timely, accurate, and reflective of Jerry.ai's commitment to excellence.
- • A key part of your role will involve managing the lifecycle of take-home assignments, ensuring candidates receive them promptly and submit them on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate profiles within our Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, and guaranteeing that all necessary candidate documents are readily accessible to hiring managers and the recruiting team.
- • You will expertly manage recruiter calendars, demonstrating precision in scheduling and the agility to rearrange interviews on the fly. This requires prioritizing high-impact candidates and optimizing our daily capacity to ensure efficient interview flow and a positive candidate experience.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for leadership's urgent recruiting needs. This could involve tasks such as updating compensation bands, posting new job requisitions across various platforms, or coordinating the training and shadowing of new interviewers to ensure consistency and quality in our interview process.
