- • As a Technical Recruiter at Clera, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how top talent connects with groundbreaking U.S. startups. You'll leverage our cutting-edge AI Talent Agent, a sophisticated platform designed to intelligently match, qualify, and introduce candidates to world-class companies. This is a unique opportunity to blend your deep recruiting expertise with an innovative AI workflow, directly influencing the future of modern recruiting. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our U.S. search capabilities, working with some of the most respected names in the AI space, including Mintlify, Luminai, and Windsurf.
- • Your primary mission will be to own and execute high-impact, end-to-end recruitment searches for U.S.-based roles. You will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to our clients, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement to successful hire. This involves not only running full recruitment cycles but also providing expert advice to hiring managers, utilizing both data-driven insights and seasoned judgment to ensure exceptional hires. This is a role that demands high ownership, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is ideal for an individual who is comfortable operating independently, possesses the confidence to challenge assumptions when necessary, and can make decisive calls on talent acquisition.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for running comprehensive full-cycle recruiting processes for U.S.-based positions. A key aspect of your day-to-day will involve meticulously reviewing AI-generated candidate matches, swiftly identifying the most promising and relevant talent pools. You will then conduct thorough interviews and qualification assessments, presenting concise, high-signal shortlists of candidates to hiring managers.
- • You will actively participate in client calls, gaining a deep understanding of role requirements and offering candid, strategic guidance on hiring strategies. Your role extends to being a true consultative partner to our clients, which includes proactively challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations to ensure alignment and success. You will take full ownership of candidate pipelines, meticulously managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure swift, efficient, and positive candidate experiences.
- • A crucial part of your contribution will involve providing structured, actionable feedback to our engineering team. This feedback will be instrumental in refining the AI matching logic and enhancing overall workflow efficiency. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and reliable candidate notes and process documentation is paramount for the success of our operations.
- • You will be expected to expertly prioritize across multiple concurrent searches, driving each one to a successful conclusion with a high degree of autonomy and minimal direct oversight. This requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing demands effectively. Your ability to understand not just keywords but also the nuances of skills, experience, and cultural fit will be critical in identifying candidates who will truly thrive within our clients' organizations.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition by working with innovative AI technology. You will be instrumental in building the teams that power some of the most exciting AI companies. Your success will be directly tied to the quality and speed of hires, making this a highly rewarding role for ambitious recruiters. You will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership, contributing significantly to Clera's growth and the success of our clients.
