  • • This Senior People Operations role is critical to ensuring Vibe's global expansion is supported by a robust and frictionless operational backbone. The primary objective is to guarantee that our diverse global team is compensated accurately and supported administratively, thereby enabling our talent to dedicate their full focus to achieving business objectives. A failure in HR Operations can erode trust and impede progress, whereas excellence in this domain allows Vibe to scale limitlessly.
  • • Reporting to the HR Systems & Ops Manager based in New York City, you will serve as the primary owner for the EMEA region. This role involves close collaboration with the US Operations Manager to ensure comprehensive global coverage and mutual support, creating a unified operational front.
  • • This position offers three compelling reasons to join: a chance for Global Impact by architecting a sophisticated global payroll and administration engine across two continents; Operational Ownership of the entire EMEA employee lifecycle within a high-growth, ambitious scale-up environment; and Direct Partnership opportunities, working daily with NYC leadership to effectively bridge the operational gap between US and European functions.
  • • **Payroll & Benefits Management:** You will be responsible for executing monthly payroll for all EMEA entities, ensuring 100% on-time payment accuracy. This includes managing local benefits providers across France and the broader EMEA region to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the US Operations Manager on North American payroll runs, providing essential global redundancy and ensuring seamless cross-continental operations.
  • • **Employee Lifecycle Coordination:** A key responsibility will be coordinating the onboarding logistics for new hires within the EMEA region, ensuring a consistently seamless and positive first-day experience. You will meticulously maintain employee records within our HRIS, guaranteeing data integrity crucial for accurate quarterly reporting and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will be tasked with drafting localized employment contracts and amendments, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and mitigating legal risks.
  • • **Process Optimization and Efficiency:** You will conduct regular audits of internal HR workflows to proactively identify and eliminate administrative bottlenecks, streamlining operations. A significant aspect of this role involves identifying opportunities for automation and leveraging modern HR technology tools to drive significant efficiencies across People Operations functions. This proactive approach to process improvement will be vital in supporting Vibe's rapid scaling.
  • • **Strategic Contribution:** Beyond day-to-day operations, you will contribute to the strategic development of People Operations processes, ensuring they align with Vibe's ambitious growth objectives and company values of Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. You will be instrumental in building scalable and efficient HR infrastructure that supports a high-performance culture.
  • • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** You will work closely with various departments, including Finance and Legal, to ensure accurate financial reporting related to payroll and benefits, and to maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
  • • **Data Integrity and Reporting:** Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of employee data within the HRIS is paramount. You will be responsible for generating reports that provide insights into key HR metrics, supporting management in strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
  • • **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensuring adherence to all French and EMEA labor laws and regulations is a core function. You will stay abreast of changes in legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • • **Employee Experience Enhancement:** While focused on operational efficiency, a strong emphasis will be placed on enhancing the overall employee experience through accurate and timely payroll, comprehensive benefits administration, and a smooth onboarding process. Your work directly impacts employee trust and satisfaction, contributing to a positive work environment.
