- • As the operational backbone of our recruiting engine, you will meticulously own the entire lifecycle of interview scheduling and logistics. Your primary objective will be to guarantee that every candidate encounters a seamless, high-touch, and positive experience from their initial contact through to the final decision. This role demands a high-velocity operator who possesses the foresight to anticipate upcoming needs, the initiative to preemptively remove potential friction points, and the drive to empower the recruiting team to operate with greater speed, intelligence, and efficacy.
- • You will serve as a genuine force multiplier for our recruiting efforts. Your diligent work will directly influence our capacity to attract and secure top-tier talent, which is fundamental to Jerry.ai's continued success and growth. Your responsibilities will include providing "white-glove" service to candidates by dispatching personalized pre-interview information and managing targeted LinkedIn outreach to engage potential hires. You will expertly manage the complete lifecycle of take-home assignments, maintain candidate profiles with accuracy and completeness within our Ashby ATS, and ensure that all necessary candidate documentation is readily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- • Furthermore, you will manage recruiter calendars with unparalleled precision, demonstrating the agility to rearrange interviews dynamically. This flexibility will be crucial for prioritizing high-impact candidates and optimizing our daily interview capacity. You will also act as the primary point of contact for leadership's most urgent recruiting needs. This may involve tasks such as updating compensation bands to remain competitive, posting new job requisitions swiftly, or coordinating the essential training and shadowing of new interviewers to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview process across the organization. Your ability to handle these critical, time-sensitive requests with composure and efficiency will be paramount.
