Our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for orchestrating an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes meticulous management of all stages, from initial sourcing and thorough screening to insightful interviewing and providing well-informed recommendations for both client interviews and final hiring decisions.
• • You will be entrusted with overseeing the entire selection process. This involves proactively identifying and rigorously assessing potential candidates, conducting insightful initial phone screens, skillfully facilitating interviews between clients and candidates, and diligently gathering comprehensive feedback from all parties involved.
• • A key responsibility will be to build and consistently maintain a robust network of qualified candidates. This will be achieved through diligent market research, ongoing bench management, and a proactive approach to understanding client needs and hiring manager preferences. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios, demonstrating a keen understanding of the talent landscape.
• • You will be expected to develop and implement creative and proactive recruitment strategies designed to identify both passive and active candidates. This requires a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to reach talent pools that may not be readily apparent.
• • Presenting strong, well-vetted talent for open positions and adeptly overcoming any objections that may arise during the hiring process will be a core function of your role. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of candidates to clients will be crucial.
• • You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers (clients), providing expert consultation on final candidate selections, compensation strategies, and overall recruitment processes. The focus will always be on adding tangible value and ensuring that decisions are in the best interest of the client.
• • Maintaining strong, positive, and enduring client and candidate relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. Your interpersonal skills and commitment to service excellence will be key differentiators.
• • You will be responsible for ensuring that weekly and monthly submission and hire goals are consistently met. This requires a results-oriented approach and a commitment to achieving targets.
• • Accurate and timely updating and maintenance of essential reports, including applicant tracking system (ATS) data and other related administrative responsibilities, will be necessary to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
