This pivotal role requires an individual who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and a dedicated advocate for candidates, playing an integral part in connecting top talent with critical opportunities.
  • • In this position, you will leverage cutting-edge recruitment strategies and in-depth market intelligence to identify, attract, and secure the best talent for our clients' diverse and evolving needs. We are looking for professionals who exhibit a strong, independent work ethic, possess a deep understanding of best practices for talent acquisition, demonstrate the ability to cultivate and nurture robust working relationships, and harbor a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes meticulously overseeing the selection process, from identifying and assessing potential candidates to conducting thorough initial phone screenings. You will also be responsible for facilitating interviews between candidates and clients, and diligently gathering and relaying feedback from both parties to ensure a smooth and informed process.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining a robust network of qualified candidates. This will be achieved through continuous market research, proactive candidate sourcing, and ongoing bench management. Your success will be measured by your ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences, consistently delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and executing creative and proactive recruitment strategies designed to identify both passive and active candidates. This requires a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to reach individuals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
  • • Presenting strong, well-vetted talent for open positions is crucial. You will need to effectively articulate candidate strengths and overcome any potential objections that may arise during the hiring process, ensuring a compelling case is made for each candidate.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to consult directly with hiring managers (our clients) on final candidate selections, compensation strategies, and the overall recruitment process. Your focus will always be on adding tangible value and making decisions that are in the best interest of the client.
  • • Maintaining strong, positive, and productive relationships with both clients and candidates is paramount. Your commitment to client satisfaction and an exceptional candidate experience will be a cornerstone of your success.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that weekly and monthly submission and hire goals are consistently met. This requires diligent tracking, proactive engagement, and effective pipeline management.
  • • Accurate and timely updating and maintenance of reports are essential. This includes managing data within our applicant tracking system (ATS), generating relevant reports, and handling other related administrative responsibilities to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
