- • Schedule and coordinate interviews for hundreds of candidates simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication between hiring teams, executives, and candidates
- • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, managing their experience with professionalism and care
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, executive assistants, and the Talent and People teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and senior-level stakeholders to optimize interview scheduling and minimize delays
- • Support and continuously improve the interview process by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation or procedural enhancements
- • Provide timely status updates, answer candidate and hiring manager inquiries, and ensure all follow-ups are completed promptly and accurately
- • Assist with payroll coordination, onboarding logistics, and contract employee administration as needed
- • Maintain and update internal recruitment documentation with precision, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members
- • Partner closely with Executive Assistants to align on administrative workflows and support high-volume recruitment demands
- • Handle confidential candidate and employee information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- • Support additional People team initiatives including diversity hiring programs, candidate feedback collection, and process optimization projects
- • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and maintain a candidate-centric approach at every touchpoint
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth AI technology environment
- • Work collaboratively across global teams in Toronto, New York, San Francisco, London, and Paris to support international hiring needs
- • Utilize tools and systems to track candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics with attention to detail and data integrity
- • Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming recruitment experience that reflects Cohere’s commitment to diversity and equity
- • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and reduce manual effort in the recruitment workflow
- • Maintain a high standard of organization and responsiveness while managing multiple concurrent hiring cycles
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional work experience supporting a fast-paced recruitment team
- • Experience working for a fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up
- • Strong experience managing dozens of calendars and supporting a large volume of interviews with hiring managers and executive teams
- • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage a high workload at a demanding pace
- • Proven track record of partnering with all functions and levels across an enterprise
- • Very strong time management and communication skills
