• • As a Recruitment Intern, you will be an integral part of our growing HR team, contributing directly to our talent acquisition efforts and supporting various critical HR functions. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to diverse HR operations, allowing you to develop a robust understanding of recruitment cycles, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and new hires.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment process. You will actively assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms, meticulously screening incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates, and efficiently scheduling interviews with hiring managers. This hands-on involvement will hone your ability to assess candidate profiles and manage recruitment pipelines effectively. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are welcomed warmly and equipped with the necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the CoverGo team.
