- • You will own the entire hiring pipeline, from initial outreach and sourcing to evaluation, offer conversion, and beyond. This is a strategic position where you will be responsible for building and running the foundational infrastructure of our recruiting operations. We view recruitment as a proactive engine, not a reactive function. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining a strong, always-on hiring pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of top-tier candidates ready to join Rwazi.
- • A key mandate for this role is to significantly reduce our time-to-fill metrics without compromising the quality of candidates we bring onboard. This requires a sophisticated approach to talent acquisition, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic planning. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable candidate evaluation systems that are fair, objective, and provide clear signals of a candidate's potential to succeed at Rwazi. Ensuring the quality and clarity of these signals is paramount to making informed hiring decisions.
- • Your responsibilities will span across several critical areas. In Pipeline Architecture, you will build multi-channel sourcing systems designed to reach diverse talent pools across various platforms and networks. Proactively developing talent pools ahead of identified hiring demand will be crucial, ensuring we have a ready supply of qualified individuals for upcoming roles. Maintaining clear visibility into our recruitment funnel metrics will allow for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- • For Evaluation System Design, you will standardize structured interview processes and develop clear scoring rubrics to ensure consistency and objectivity. Implementing skill-based assessments will provide deeper insights into a candidate's capabilities. A significant focus will be placed on reducing bias and inconsistency in our evaluation processes, fostering a more equitable and effective hiring experience for all.
- • In Candidate Experience, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality communication cadence, ensuring candidates feel informed, valued, and respected throughout their journey with Rwazi. Professionalism and clarity in all interactions are non-negotiable. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving offer acceptance rates by creating a compelling and positive candidate journey.
- • Driving Hiring Intelligence is another core pillar of this role. You will meticulously track funnel conversion rates, identify patterns of candidate drop-off, and leverage this data to continuously optimize recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. This data-driven approach will be key to refining our strategies and maximizing our impact.
