  • • As a Recruitment Manager at Pearl Talent, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the talent acquisition function for our high-growth startup clients. This is a pivotal role where you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent from around the globe. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, optimizing existing processes, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Your leadership will directly impact the velocity and quality of hiring, enabling our clients to achieve their ambitious growth objectives.
  • • You will own the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from initial workforce planning and strategy development to final offer negotiation and onboarding. This involves close collaboration with C-suite executives and hiring managers at our client companies to deeply understand their needs, anticipate future hiring requirements, and translate these into actionable recruitment plans. Your strategic input will be crucial in defining sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles, markets, and seniority levels, ensuring we consistently tap into the top 1% of global talent.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruiters, typically ranging from 3 to 10+ individuals. You will be responsible for setting clear performance expectations, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing rigorous hiring standards. Through regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and dedicated development planning, you will empower your team to excel in sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, and closing. Fostering a culture of high accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration will be paramount to ensuring sustainable team performance and success.
  • • While leading the team, you will also maintain oversight of end-to-end recruitment delivery across a diverse portfolio of roles and teams. This includes ensuring healthy candidate pipelines, monitoring the progress of all open positions, and meticulously reviewing candidate submissions for quality and alignment with client requirements. You will also be expected to step in and directly recruit for high-priority, complex, or niche roles, leveraging your own expertise to secure exceptional candidates. Maintaining a consistent, positive candidate experience and clear communication standards throughout the hiring process is a non-negotiable aspect of this role.
  • • Operational excellence is key. You will be the owner of recruitment processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and improvement. This includes implementing and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools, standardizing critical stages like candidate intake, sourcing methodologies, and interview protocols. Driving efficiency through automation and system enhancements will be a core focus, alongside maintaining pipeline hygiene and ensuring data accuracy within our systems. Your ability to analyze performance data and gather feedback will be essential for refining processes and ensuring they remain effective and scalable.
  • • Data-driven decision-making will be central to your success. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and recruiter output. Monitoring the health of the hiring funnel, identifying performance bottlenecks, and building insightful dashboards and reports will provide the necessary visibility for strategic adjustments. You will use this data to guide prioritization, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as to forecast hiring capacity and manage recruiter workloads effectively. By leveraging analytics, you will ensure our recruitment efforts are not only efficient but also highly impactful in meeting our clients' strategic talent needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • • 1–2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, directly managing recruiters or overseeing recruitment delivery.
  • • Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop recruiter performance, setting clear expectations and driving results.
  • • Experience in building, optimizing, or scaling recruitment processes and implementing recruitment systems (ATS).
  • • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of recruitment metrics, funnel performance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and operate effectively in a remote work environment, managing distributed teams and processes.
