- • The Recruitment Operations Manager at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. serves as a client-facing, hands-on strategic partner to Recruiters, clients, and the internal CRM team, responsible for managing a team of Recruiters to achieve and surpass recruitment goals while enhancing year-over-year performance.
- • Day to day, the role involves running and leading a team of Recruiters, mentoring and coaching team members, building performance improvement plans, setting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals, handling employee issues and performance appraisals, maintaining data integrity through weekly metric audits, determining and communicating weekly goals, and championing a strong team culture.
- • The role operates within Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., a staffing and RPO-focused organization where collaboration with delivery clients, Recruiters, CRM, and senior leadership is essential to develop targeted talent acquisition strategies based on deep industry and labor market expertise.
- • In this role, the person can learn to master end-to-end recruitment operations leadership, develop advanced sourcing strategies across multiple channels, gain expertise in client account logistics and P&L management, and drive measurable improvements in team performance, client satisfaction, and recruitment ROI through data-driven decision making.

- • Ability to develop and present recruiting strategy plans for delivery clients and execute across the team
- • Successfully lead through metrics
- • Strong business knowledge in multiple industries with demonstrated business insight at all levels within client relationships
- • Fluency in French
- • Previous leadership/supervisory experience in RPO or Staffing industry preferred
- • Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases
