- • The Recruitment Operations Manager at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. serves as a client-facing, hands-on strategic partner to Recruiters, clients, and the internal CRM team, playing a critical role in driving recruitment success and enhancing year-over-year performance for client accounts in India and the Philippines.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading and mentoring a team of Recruiters, setting and adjusting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals, managing performance improvement plans, handling employee issues and appraisals, ensuring data integrity through weekly metric audits, forecasting resourcing needs, allocating requisitions, and maintaining strong collaboration with CRM, senior leadership, clients, and external partners.

- • Strong business knowledge across multiple industries with demonstrated insight in client relationships
- • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in RPO or Staffing industry preferred
